Lee Johnson is an Architect and Artist.
Sculpture: A major focus of my career as an Architect are the materials, “pieces and parts” which come together to construct a building. This interest extends to my artwork. This interest also extends to the “pieces and parts” which make of plants and are expressed in my botanical themed sculptures. The small petals surrounding a bud, the seeds springing out of a flower, the dried pods of fall and the colors of new growth in the spring come together in fantasy plants or species yet to be discovered.
